Privacy Policy

Files you open are read by JavaScript running in your browser and are never uploaded, stored or logged by this site. The file name, its contents, the tracks you mute and the positions you seek to exist only in your browser tab and disappear when you close it.

The page makes exactly these network requests:

• the page itself and its scripts, styles and icons;
• the General MIDI sound bank (/soundfonts/FluidR3Mono_GM.sf3) when you press Play, cached by your browser afterwards;
• the demo file (/samples/demo-multitrack.mid) only if you click “Try the demo file”.

None of these requests carries any information about your MIDI file.

This version of Online MIDI Player includes no analytics, no advertising scripts, no cookies and no local storage. Your browser may keep the sound bank and page assets in its ordinary HTTP cache.

If page-view analytics are added in a later version, they will be limited to aggregate visit counts and will never include file names, file contents, note data or anything you play. This page will be updated before any such change goes live.

A contact address will be published together with the final site name and domain. Until then this page documents the current behaviour of the player.
